Hi Everyone, and welcome to another week of CASEing the Catty. It’s a long weekend for us here in Perth and we are making the most of the beautiful spring weather. It’s also the start of the school holidays, which also means it’s Royal Show time! We love taking the kids to the show, a day of excitement and fun. Can’t wait to see what showbags the kids end up picking out this year.
But onto this week’s challenge, tonight we are taking a layout from anywhere in the Annual Catalogue, and recreating it using it supplies from the Holiday Catalogue. I have chosen to start with the Dino card shown below with the yellow card base. It is from page 98 of the catalogue.
For my card, not only did I rotate it, I also used one of the stitched nested label dies instead of an oval shape for my window.

The red stripe DSP is from the Toile Tidings DSP pack. Behind this window I have added a piece of the glittery snowman paper from the Let It Snow DSP pack. I then added a few fussy cut elements in the foreground (cut from the same Let it Snow paper).

The sentiment comes from the Christmas Crowd Stamp Set, I have no idea if ‘Gang’ is an appropriate collective term for snow-people….but I am going with it anyway. Gang can be used everywhere right?
So that’s a wrap for this week, and I have now officially started making my Christmas card stash! Have you started yours? Why not kick it off this week by making a card and uploading it into our facebook group. Click below to be taken right there.
If you feel you need a bit more inspiration, then definitely click on below to see what Tina has for us. I have had a sneaky peak at her project for this week and you will love it – it uses one of my favourite stamp sets!
If you like the look of this card and would like to purchase any of the products used to make it, just click the image below.

Fabulous! I love your snowman gang and the fun stripes. So cute! 🙂 Siobhan.

I’m not sure on the collective term for snowmen either, but I think gang works well lol. Cute little card! Enjoy your long weekend!

Your gang of snowmen look like they are having a marvellous time together! This is such a great card. I love how you’ve got elements both behind and in front of your window.
