Hi Everyone, and thank you for stopping in tonight for the blog hop. Whether you are starting with me or have arrived here from someone else, make sure you keep hopping around until you find yourself back at the start.
Tonights we are CASEing punch projects from the holiday catalogue, and I have picked a card from page 13 of the catalogue – the one with the repeated pattern of punched christmas trees.
I made my card non-christmassy, and used the punch and stamps from the Above the Clouds bundle. I started with a Coastal Cabana base, and added a DSP layer cut with a stitched rectangle. The DSP is from the Let It Snow Speciality DSP pack in the holiday catalogue.

I stamped the hot air balloons in real red and added the Early Espresso coloured baskets (which are also punched out). To finish I added a sentiment that comes from the Tropical Chic stamp set.

A simple card, adaptable to multiple themes. This punch is also pretty versatile as you can use the balloon punch outs to make flower petals – how cool is that!

I always forget that stitched shapes look fabulous in DSP also. Your background paper is a great plaform to showcase the hot air balloons. Great CASE.
