Hi everyone, and thanks for joining me tonight for this weeks CASEing the Catty Challenge. This week we are caseing the colours in the plaid tiding DSP.
I didn’t really know where to start with these colours – so I started by punching out an umbrella in all of the colours and seeing what inspiration would come. Instead of using these swatches as inspiration to make something – I used them exactly as they were to make a fun spinner card.
It was actually harder than I thought to get a good video of it spinning – but I’m sure you can get the idea.
It’s an otherwise very simple card, but I think it will bring a smile to the recipients face.
Do you like the Plaid Tiding DSP? Or maybe you don’t but you do love the colour combo – either way we would love to have you join us this week. Just upload a pic of your project to our facebook group using the link below.
Next up in tonight’s blog hop is Tina, click below to check out her project.
[…] Thanks for stopping by, next up is Shannon Kissane. […]
Oh this is so cool! And fun too! Great card for younguns!! And those young at heart too! So creative and clever.
Clever use of the CASE Shannon! A fun card and would never have guessed the punch you used!!
I couldn’t tell what the spinners were from until I read your post. What a clever way to use the umbrella punch!
A great, bright and fun card using a number of the colours. Great job.
Very clever use of the colours, Shannon and a fun, interactive card as well!
