CTC291 – Case a Project from Pages 71-75

Hi Everyone, and welcome to our weekly blog hop where we feature projects inspired by the catalogue. This week we have focussed on the bundle section of the August-Decemeber mini Catalogue, on pages 71-75. The card I was inspired by is shown on page 71, also shown below.

I was drawn to this card mostly for the crumb cake coloured base. I don’t normally use a lot of crumb cake, but I think it looks gorgeous teamed with the Merry Merlot poinsettia flower. In the end I didn’t really keep the layout and I teamed by crumb cake base with Cherry Cobbler instead. But that’s how this challenge works – be inspired by something and see where it takes you.

For my cards I have used products from the ‘Quite Curvy Variety Bundle’ which is currently only available to demonstrators. If you like it and aren’t a demo, it will be available to order on November 3rd. The variety bundle consists of the following items:

  • Quite Curvy Stamp Set
  • Curvy Dies
  • Curvy Christmas Stamp Set
  • Classic Christmas 6″ x 6″ (15.2 x 15.2 cm) Designer Series Paper

The Quite Curvy Stamp Set and Curvy Dies will be available to purchase as a bundle only on November 3rd. They will otherwise be available to purchase during the January – June 2021 Catalogue next year. The coordinating Curvy Christmas stamp set and Classic Christmas DSP will only be available from November 3rd until 4th January.

My cards use the DSP, the Curvy Christmas Stamp Set and the Curvy Dies, as well as the Poinsettia Place DSP and the Poinsettia Petals bundle

I hope you have enjoyed these cards and it has given you some ideas on how to mix and match bundles of products.

If you would like to join us this week, just upload a pic of your project to our facebook group.

Next up in tonight’s hop is Rachel, so jump on over and check out what she is sharing tonight.
