Hi Everyone, I have got another CASEing the Catty design challenge to share with you tonight. But first – I want to say a big Happy Fathers Day to all the amazing Dads out there. We have had a great day – though the weather didn’t really play the game. We had thought we might go for a hike in the hills and look for some wild flowers….but alas – today wasn’t the day for it. Never mind – still a great family day.

Tonight we are caseing cards from the Die Bundle section of the catalogue, pages 173 – 179, and I have chose the cute Pampered Pets card on the bottom of page 179. I really loved the broad stroke water coloured background in this card, and couldn’t wait to try out my new Water Painters.

I kept my card pretty simple, and true to the catalogue sample. I’ve used the broad brush Water Painter and drawn lines in Bermuda Bay for the background. The cocktails are from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set and I have cut them out with the coordinating dies. The sentiment comes from the Happiest of Birthdays stamp set and I have heat embossed it in white on Magenta Madness card stock.

The cocktails came from my stash of pre-stamped ready to go images (I’ve talked about my stash of bits and pieces ready to go before) – so this card took me under 10 minutes to make! A very quick and easy one.
