Hi Everyone, and welcome to the second blog hop for this fortnights caseing the catty challenge. I hope you have had time to sit down and create something, but if you haven’t yet – you still have another week!

This week I have chosen to CASE the layout of the card on page 45, and took the opportunity to increase my stash of children’s cards. I used the Birthday Bonanza DSP and the Bonanza Dies – did you know that many of our dies cut out the images on the DSP? Handy right. I fussy cut out the balloons in this case to keep them nicely overlapped and on the string, but there is actually a stamp and die for the balloons, plus a stamp for the balloon string.

The ‘Happy Birthday’ sentiment is from the coordinating Bonanza Buddies stamp set, and the small ‘From All of Us’ is from the SAB freebie set ‘The Gang’s All Meer’. I finished it off with some sequins that come from the Woven Threads Sequins (in the annual catalogue).

If you wanted to take advantage of Sale-A-Bration (SAB), you could purchase the Bonanza Buddies bundle, the Birthday Bonanza DSP, add in some sequins or a pack of dimensionals and you earn yourself a SAB freebie – like the absolutely super cute ‘The Gang’s All Meer’.

Oh, so cute!! Love this card. Such cute critters – this is an awesome set for cards for the young or old. I love the way you’ve used the DSP in the circles as well. The sequins are a lovely little touch of bling. 🙂 Siobhan.
