Sometimes it’t hard to un-see something isn’t it. You see something you like on Pinterest, maybe it’s a Happy Graduation card, and you love it….but you have no need for a graduation card. It takes a bit of work to un-see it as a graduation card and turn it into a Birthday Card, or a Thank You Card, or a New Baby Card.

Well that’s what this week’s Caseing the Catty challenge is all about. We are CASEing a Layout from page 103, and changing the theme.

The card I have CASEd is the one shown above on the bottom left, the one with the cute ducks.

I started with a Granny Apple Green card base and then added a few strips of DSP left over from last years Tropical Escape DSP pack (now retired). I stamped all the bugs in black ink and then coloured them in using blends. These cute critters are from the ‘Wiggle Worm’ stamp set. This is a set that contains 25 stamps including these bugs, some decorative spots and stripes to bring your bugs to life and a range of sentiments. To top it off there is matching dies. Not only do the dies cut out the insects, there are additional dies in the set for cutting out the grass, the clouds and the giant leaf!

The images in this set are all really simple to colour, and knowing you don’t need to fussy cut them out is an added bonus!
