Today’s card is featuring the beautiful Springtime Impressions thinlets, namely the stunning butterfly.

While I was playing around with the die, I cut out some gorgeous butterflies from some Rose Gold foil sheets I had in my stash (Stampin’ Up! sell a champagne foil that would be gorgeous on this card, but I didn’t have any. I will link to it below though). They were so pretty I knew I had to make a card from them, but I couldn’t decide on a layout. So I went looking for a sketch challenge for some inspiration, and I found IN{K}SPIRE and the sketch challenge they had was perfect.

I used a thick Very Vanilla card base with a layer of Blushing Bride on top. I then layered a piece of DSP from the Petal Promenade pack. Honestly, I am not a floral person and I wouldn’t normally buy this pack, but I saw someone showing off the pack and I knew I had to have it. It is really beautiful.

The butterfly is featured on a sticked square in Very Vanilla with a mat piece of Blushing Bride. The sentiment is from Balloon Celebration. I finished the card with some Very Vanilla ribbon (retired) and some small pearls (retired) on the butterfly body.
