This is the perfect card for when you need something at the last minute, bright and colourful – but very simple.

All I did for this one was pick a small stamp (it happened to be something christmassy from my Carols of Christmas set) and a few different coloured inks. From memory I picked Watermelon Wonder, Flirty Flamingo, Peekaboo Peach and Cucumber Crush.

Prior to starting the coloured stamping I stamped the sentiment in basic black ink. I wanted something big-ish and cursive and my ‘hello’ stamp was the only thing that fitted the bill. The end effect is simple but pretty and the concept could be used to create many different backgrounds.
