Hello, and welcome to another week of CASEing the Catty! This week we are CASEing the All My Love suite from the brand new Ocassions 2019 catalogue. If you have never played along with this challenge before then this is your week. So many beautiful projects in this suite to be inspired by. You don’t need a blog or anything like that, just upload your creation to our facebook group.
Today I have been inspired by the die cut overlay on the bright pink card in the photo above (top right). I have started with a thick whisper white card base and used a piece of Blushing Bride DSP from the Tropical Escapes DSP pack in the annual catalogue.
My die cut overlay comes from the Springtime Impressions die set and I have cut it out in Very Vanilla card stock. To make the top edge a bit more defined (and neater) I used a strip of Shimmer Ribbon in Powder Pink.
The sentiment and the small butterfly embellishment are both from the new Butterfly Gala stamp set (in the Ocassions catalogue) and have been heat embossed in gold.
Quite a simple card in the end, but I have been dying (pardon the pun) to use this particular die cut for ages, so I am pleased to have finally done so.

This is another lovely card that uses our wonderful DSP. I don’t own the tropical DSP but this shows just how adaptable each pack can be. Beautiful and stunning because of it’s simplicity.. Think I’ll have to CASE you too

Who would have thought the tropical DSP pack could make such a sweet pretty and elegant card! This is gorgeous! Love the simplicity and beauty of it all. The gold really takes it to the next level of awesomeness.
